The Worcester Black-Jewish Alliance (WBJA) will sponsor a “Unity Seder” to celebrate the historic bonds between the African American and American Jewish communities.  This virtual Seder on Zoom will include performances by a number of local musicians, and readings about social justice and Civil Rights that relate to the themes of the Passover holiday. Leaders from the Jewish and African American communities will participate.

The WBJA is a partnership of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts and the Worcester chapter of the NAACP. This is the second Unity Seder the WBJA has sponsored. The first was in 2019, while last year’s was canceled due to the pandemic.
