Many thanks to all who attended our program: "Get Your New Year off to a Sweet (and Healthy) Start". We enjoyed yummy refreshments of honey cake, apples & honey and ice cream -- and a very informative presentation, given by Sue Nisbett, an independent representative with Arbonne International:  a Swiss manufacturer of an exclusive personal care line, which has no animal products, besides being kosher and vegan.

    Sue's program provided us with the tools we need to make smarter choices about our bodies and our overall health.  She shared some interesting information, to help us determine if our body is out of balance: 1) what toxins are and how they affect you, as well as how they enter the body and what you can do to eliminate them; 2) how to balance your hormones naturally and what to look for when choosing supplements.
